WHAT is MittFIIT?
MittFIIT integrates focus mitt striking drills with body weight exercises to create vigorous rounds of ‘fight’ intensive interval training.
This total body blast makes efficient use of your training time by combining a aerobic exercise and resistance training into a functional, fun and fast paced workout that challenges both the striker and the pad holder. Nobody gets a round off with MittFIIT!
Along with improving core strength and cardio fitness, the MittFIIT striking program improves balance, footwork and hand-eye coordination. In addition to the physical benefits, MittFIIT gives you a chance to step out of your comfort zone, relieve stress and anxiety, and get a great workout.
