LEARN THE FUNDAMENTALS
Our Crossfit program begins with the Fundamentals Program (6 sessions over 2 weeks). This will ensure that you are up to speed on all of our lingo, procedures, and exercises. Experienced Crossfit athletes can opt or test out of Fundamentals. Let's talk!
If you would like one-on-one programming, personal training may be a good fit for you.
After Fundamentals (or your first regular class), commit to a package and get ready to train!
